Motors. Ltd. can provide all your welding and fabrication needs.
Our welder/fabricator has fifteen years experience
with the processes of Tig (Tungsten Inert Gas), Mig (Metal Inert Gas)
and Oxyfuel welding.
We are able to meet the highest standards of welding in aluminum and
steel alloys, cast, plate and sheet metals, along with the fabrication
of steel and aluminum body panels as well as chassis structures.
Machine
Shop
Our
full service, in house machine shop utilizes autocad and prototrac
tecnology.
We have the capabiltiy to reproduce the parts
necessary to bring your vehicle back to or beyond it's original
equipment standards. We can produce parts as simple as a bolt or
as complicated as a front wheel spindle.
The example on the right started
as a 172 lb. steel billet. This particular spindle was made as a
matched pair for an Alfa Romeo Monza
Event
Support
Competition Motors, Ltd. offers event
and track side support. We will be at your side during an event
to service the needs of the customer and the vehicle. We can prepare,
transport and service at any of the vintage events. We also provide
concourse preparation and transportation, making sure your vehicle
is well attended.
In
House Dyno
Competition Motors, Ltd. tests and
adjusts every motor we build on our in house dyno to ensure problem
free enjoyment of your vintage vehicle. All motors go through a
methodical break-in and adjustment regimen before being placed in
the chassis.

Spray
Welding
Competition Motors, Ltd. uses the
Eutectic TeroDyn 2000 HVOC (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel Spray Coatings)to
protect your parts from wear, corrosion, erosion, and friction or
rebuild dimensionally or apply thermal barriers
